PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Because some products are handmade or assembled in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, timber grain, printing placement, or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If this occurs, any payment made will be refunded.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers available through our website platform. We do not store your full payment details.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider, but most deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not currently offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at takeheartcollective@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

HANDMADE TIMBER PRODUCTS

 

Our timber stands are individually handcrafted using natural wood. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and the unique characteristics of timber, products may vary slightly from those shown in photographs. Variations in wood grain, colour, texture, knots, and minor dimensional differences are normal and are not considered faults or defects.
